Terms and Conditions

All prices are in New Zealand dollars and include GST
No bookings will be accepted without payment at the time of booking
For security reasons credit card information is not held by KONG

Refund policy:
If you change your mind, unable to attend, or your event is cancelled due to the balance of your tab not being paid, your deposit will be non-refundable
If we are unable to operate due to Covid-19 lockdown or any other government mandate shut down we will look to reschedule based on suitability of both parties
If no suitable date can be negotiated we will provide a refund of your deposit
